This is a snall but nice modern home that is perfect for the single sim or a family of 3. This house is a remake of a house that i made on Sims2 the layout is the same as the house i made in Sims2 just better lol. This house dose use a lot of WA stuff so you will need base game and WA for most of the stuff in this home.
