Hey guys I am sorry to say that the new victorian dream house  won't be up anytime soon do to some issues with my game launcher not installing it. All that there is left to do is go back over it and review it to make sure that it is completely ready.

However that dose not mean I'm going to stop there. I still have other ideas and projects that i can bring forward as i told you before i am going to be starting on a new Town Home, well now i have a official name for. Introducing to you Project T! Dun dun dun DUUUUNNN!!... Ok so maybe that was a little to dramatic with the dun dun dun but that ok because I'm excited about this new project! And if you enjoy my work then you should be too! :)

The Sims3 Season! Is coming! Yes that's right EA is bringing the joy and fun of the ever changing seasons to The Sims. The EP is expected to hit the floor in November on the 13th. You can find out more info at the official The Sims3 website and also take a look at the trailer that is up on YouTube.

As for what plans i have for the Season EP? A lot! So stay toned and see what is to come and what i will be doing when the Sims Season is out. Until next time guys, Keep On Simming!

In Sim3 Modern Living News, Seeing that this was never finished i have come to the point that it's time to finish what was started. With that being said, I give you the Victorian Dream Home!

 

This is still a WIP so it wont be up for Grabs yet. How ever ill keep you up to date on it and post pics of it when i can. I think you will love this house, This is my first Modern Victorian style home so this should be good. At least i hope it will be lol.

Also soon to come i will be starting a new project after this one on a Ultra Modern Town home or something close to it lol. I'll be taking the layout of my previous town home and remodeling it into what i hope to be a "spectacular" peace of work. So stick around and keep an eye out, Who knows you may like what you see. Here is a wonderful 2 story, wrap around deck legacy home. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has a living room, work out room, and 2 study areas as well as 4 bedrooms. It also has a full back deck with an in-deck pool surrounded by trees on a big open lot.

This is a rather smaller home its much smaller then my 2br Small Home. This is a 2 story 1br 1ba Town Home with a small kitchen. I think you will love this one, it has a small back yard with a garden and a small pond. It also has a driveway with a single car garage. It also has another room on the ground floor for what ever you may want it to be. This home is just one of many more that i plan to come out with. This home is worth around a nice 60,000 simlones.You will need WA and H.E.L. to use some of the stuff in this home.
